You’ll also need to include the LDI, if any, and if you have any other information they will send to you.

The documents you submit to the DLEE Office will be referred to a Land Management Licensing Committee (LMC), who then need your approval for the land acquisition. 

When you’re ready to apply, the DLEDE will then issue a Certificate of Approval.

Certificates of Approvals are a form given to you by the Land Management Office that you need, and that you’ll get to see your mortgage payment.

The Land Management Service (LMS) will issue you a Certificate to Land, which gives you a certificate to enter into a land purchase agreement.

After you’ve signed the agreement, you should have your payment for the deal confirmed by the DLDEE.

Once you’re done, you will then need a Land Registration Certificate from the Land Registration Authority.
