Gracewood Portable Building Supply, a builder of portable buildings for retail and hospitality, announced it is opening its Carson Ranch, California location in 2019.

Gracewound is the only U.S. manufacturer of outdoor construction products and will sell its building products through its website.

It will build two Graciewood-designed, 5,000-square-foot, two-story, 12-bay, 4,500-square foot building on the grounds of the former Grampus Farm in Carson.

Grace’s New York City, New York, store, which also specializes in construction products, announced on Twitter that the new store will be located at 514 Fifth Avenue in the Bronx.

It will feature a variety of styles and models including the new Graceworks G4 Portable, which is based on Grace’s signature, high-performance models.

Grants Building Supply and the New York-based company Grace Construction will be the primary retail partners at the new building, which will be built in three phases.

It is scheduled to open to the public in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 2021.

Grassroots, a contractor of small business and construction products that focuses on outdoor construction, said in a press release that the building will include an “integrated workspace” that will include a 1,200 square-foot outdoor shop, two full-service kitchens, and retail spaces.

It also will include two full service restaurants.

Grandsports is based in New York and is owned by former U.K.-based company Gramps Construction.

The company, which had a presence in New Jersey, closed its New Jersey facility in 2015.
