
Laken Thomas has been named the second-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Lions.
The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder is rated as a mid-round selection in the 2018 NFL Draft.
Thomas was the No. 14 overall pick in 2016 by the Minnesota Vikings, who selected him with the No: 39 overall pick.
Thomas also played two seasons at Washington, but missed his rookie season after undergoing Tommy John surgery.
He then transferred to Michigan State, where he played in three seasons before being waived in 2019.
He spent last season with the Detroit Lions, where his play helped the team make the playoffs.
