FourFourTimes reporter Chris Crouch visits the site of the new Morganas new office building, which is set to open next month.
In the corner of the lot is a large open space, surrounded by glass and concrete walls.
The whole building is being designed as a “super office”, with a roof terrace and an underground garage.
A giant air-conditioning unit sits next to a massive glass roof that’s going to be used for the entire space.
The new office is expected to create 1,200 jobs, with the entire project being completed by the end of 2019.
There are some other interesting things happening in the area, too.
Mornea is currently home to two different high-rises, but will soon be the home of the tallest building in the city.
The tower is being constructed on the site that was once the site for the former Bali International Airport, and will also house an “accelerated” mall.
According to the project site, the project is expected take around 10 years to complete.
While it will be a massive project, this will be Morgans first residential project, and it’s also Morgan’s first project to open a new building directly to the public.
The project is one of a few that Morgan is planning to build in the future, including a residential and retail development that will open in early 2019.
In the meantime, stay tuned for more FourFourTime coverage.
